Seems like Google is either testing or rolling out the new image search. When I do image search, it displays the result in bigger thumbnails. Unlike the previous search result where every images is placed on same size box, the new interface display image according to their width-height scale.

The new interface doesn’t display image information. Only when you mouse-over the image information is displayed.

What’s more, you don’t need to click for more pages of results. Just scroll down to see page 2, page 3, and so on.

Not sure how copyright owners are going to see this, but from user point of view, this interface is definitely slowing down my already slow Internet to a crawl.

I’m currently in Indonesia, using Google.com (not Google.com.id)
