Today I logged in to my SocialSpark account to see if any by any chance my blogs have been approved. No luck on that. But I found something interesting there: Sponzai, Sponsored Guest Post advertising network.

It’s rather similar to pay per post or sponsored review concept, except that here the posts are written by advertisers, not bloggers. Bloggers earn money by just posting the article write-up into his/her blog.

Truth to be told, we know it is only the matter of time before someone comes out with this service. Reason being the advertisers demand for more and more control over what is being posted by bloggers. They are not thrilled when the blogger gives bad review, or even if the review isn’t as good as what the advertiser expected. Their mindset is something like “I’m paying you, so this better be good”.

Disappointed, advertisers are now looking towards writing their own review and paying bloggers for posting them. On the other hand, there are many blogger who also don’t mind earning extra cash by just posting rather that having to write the reviews.

No stranger to paid posting network, Izea have moved up the notch again by introducing Sponzai to fill this gap that traditional sponsored reviews can’t.

Sign-Up
Sign up is easy and straight forward. Go to https://app.sponzai.com/blogger_signup, fill up email address and password.

Adding blog
There is no approval process. Once you submit the information, you’ll be presented with a screen to add your blog. You can also find out about the suggested price per post there.

Price per post
You might notice that the suggested price is on the lower side, probably because this service is still new. Cheatad.com suggested price is only $1 per post, while my most popular blog gets $8. Even JohnChow or Darren isn’t spared this pittance, with John Chow getting $18.50 per post while Darren is slightly better at $21.50. Singapore’s most popular blog, XiaXue apparently getting only $1 per post.

Verification
Have you been wondering about the sentence in the beginning of this post? The “a dollar sign is the cheesiest”? Did you notice that?

After submitting the blog information to Sponzai, you’ll be asked to post a random sentence to your blog. You can remove the sentence after verification, but we’ll just let it there for now. After posting, go back to Sponzai site and claim the blog.
