Alexa Ranking: Facebook Is More Popular Than Yahoo
According to Alexa Top 500 ranking, Facebook is now ranked second, directly after Google. That means it has surpassed Yahoo in popularity.
Alexa rank measures popularity of websites among it’s toolbar users. While we know that Alexa ranking is not a reliable or accurate measure of general site popularity, this is surely a big hit to Yahoo.
Just few months after the number 1 place was taken by Google (in February this year), Yahoo could’t even hold the number 2 rank for too long.
And for all we know, Youtube might overtake Yahoo soon after as well. Life is hard for Yahoo CEO. Or, it isn’t?
On a similar note, 3 months average Alexa ranking for Cheatad.com has leaped forward from 288,097 last month to 173,961 now.
