AdSense and Copied Contents
It sure seems like easy money nowadays. You register for a free account at blogger, copy good contents from other sites, put in AdSense code, and there you go earning money from other people’s content.
Are you doing that? Proud of that? Let me tell you something. Your days are numbered. I mean your AdSense days. Your AdSense account might be terminated any time. But probably that’s beside the point. Even if you don’t care about your account (which you should, because you can’t reapply again after terminated), there are other things you need to consider.
First, it’s just wrong. You are stealing from other webmasters. By having the content on your site, you are using their content to compete with themselves. How will you feel if you are the one in the situation?
From legal point of view, you can be sued for copyright infringement. In US there is Digital Millennium Copyright Act that protects copyright owners. While many see it as an infringement to freedom, it has really been helpful for honest webmaster for protecting their content. In compliance with the DMCA, Google has stated their policy, that is to respond to notices and take action accordingly, including termination of AdSense account.

It is our policy to respond to notices of alleged infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). For AdSense publishers, if we receive a notice or otherwise have reason to believe that your site is infringing, we may terminate your participation in the program.
If you are a publisher and your contents are copied without your permission, you can notify AdSense by following the procedure at http://www.google.com/adsense_dmca.html.

If you are referring to the ads on top (just below site name), that is ad links. AdSense publishers are allowed to have one ad-links in addition of three ads units.
Your text starts down where About Author on sidebar ends. Is there some thing wrong or it is my computer.

For time being, you can consider using Firefox. It is much better that IE in many ways.
ah but will Google terminate the account? If they do, they will lose money.
I have complained about sites that I believe to be clear violations of numerous Adsense terms and conditions and received an email back from Google saying, thanks we’ll look into that, but the sites in question are still running adsense ads.
How d’you think Google managed to double their profits? It’s all a big link-click scam.
