CNET reports that Search Engine Marketing Professional Organization (SEMPO) and credit fraud specialist Fair Isaac have teamed up to study on click fraud in PPC advertising.
Just type in: “earn rupees clicking ads” (or ruppies, for that matter) in a Google search box. The results turn up Google ads for a slew of businesses…
The study will use Fair Isaac’s technology to analyse click fraud while SEMPO members and non-member advertisers will contribute anonymous click stream data to the study.
