Google has released a new feature called Google Related Links. It works similarly with Adsense. You get javascript codes from them, place the script on your site. Interesting feature, but think carefully whether you want to put it on your site.
One more outbound link means one more way to get out from your site without clicking the adsense. You can see the Google Related Links in action here.
